What Does A Wedding Coordinator Cost?
Because no Bride or Wedding is ever the same the cost of a wedding coordinator will vary according to your needs. After a consultation with you over the phone, through emails or in person Smith Mountain Lake Weddings will provide you with a wedding proposal which will include what services we will be offering for your wedding and our cost. We will work with your budget to ensure the best value for your money.
Wedding Director Services
If you are in need of a wedding director for your wedding rehearsal and wedding day the following package is available. Any changes or services that will need to be added will require a proposal.
Rehearsal & Wedding Day Services
This package includes:
- One hour consultation with Bride and Groom at SML Weddings & Photography boutique.
- Provide a list of local wedding vendors for the event.
- Prepare a wedding day itinerary for Bride, Groom and participating vendors.
- Verify with all wedding vendors to confirm arrangements for wedding.
- Attend and give direction to wedding party members and vendors at rehearsal. (Limited to 2 hours)
- Attend, oversee and direct the ceremony and reception. (Limited to 6 hours)
*The basic Rehearsal & Wedding Day Services package is limited to 10 hours and guest attendance must be under 100 people. Any additional services or required hours will require a written proposal and additional charges.
